An examination of the system's layout reveals that the <br /> storm drain lines and drainage areas tributary to the broken main are located entirely <br /> within City limits or within Caltrans right-of-way. <br /> Therefore, it is the County's conclusion that responsibility for the storm line and the <br /> resulting dry weather flows rests with the City. <br /> Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please call at 468-3023. <br /> Sinncc�e�r�ely, <br /> Si4)9� <br /> D.
