Resumption of work will include construction along Plymouth Road and
along Country Club in an easterly direction to Clipper Lane. The second part of the report
covering the remaining portions of the project site including the assessment of areas near
Boulevard Auto Repair, Corner of Country Club and Mission, and intersection of Country
Club Boulevard and Pershing Avenue will follow.
In accordance to the recommendations of the above report, City will:
1. Use excavated soil, if not contaminated, as backfill material.
2. Modify the dewatering system in order to reduce the amount of dewatering discharge.
Contractor will dewater directly from the trench as opposed to utilizing dewatering wells
as originally planned.
3. Discharge the dewatering into the sanitary sewer system. We will monitor and test the
dewatering discharege in accordance with the requirements of the Stockton Regional
Control Facility's Environmental Control Division.
www.stocktongov.com
"STOCKTON...CALIFORNIA'S SUNRISE SEAPORT"
