Shell Oil Products US <br /> July 15,2014 <br /> Gary Escabar <br /> Gary C Escabar Trust <br /> 2226 Clipper Lane <br /> Stockton, CA 95204 <br /> Re: Request for Access to Property Located at <br /> 1267 Country Club Blvd.,Stockton,CA <br /> Dear Mr. Escabar: <br /> \ Conestoga-Rovers &Associates (CRA), on behalf of Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell <br /> Oil Products US (Shell), prepared this access agreement to notify, you that the <br /> Sacramento County Environmental Management Department (SCEMD) and the <br /> \\7 California Regional Water Quality Control Board-Central Valley Region (Central Valley <br /> Water Board) has approved environmental case closure for the former Shell service <br /> station located at 1267 Country Club Blvd., Stockton, California. Therefore, CRA <br /> intends to destroy the existing monitoring wells associated with the former case. Prior to <br /> well destruction activities, Shell needs to obtain an access agreement from you. Please <br /> sign and return a copy of this agreement to CRA. We will notify you of the well <br /> destruction schedule once we have received the signed agreement and necessary permits. <br /> {� The work to-be performed is the destruction of all the monitoring wells on the site per <br /> S,'ChMD and Sacramento County well standards requirements. These wells were <br /> installed at 1267 Country-Club Boulevard between 1998 and 2008 under one or more <br /> previous access agreements. The locations of the wells are shown on the attached figure. <br /> After the wells are properly destroyed the property will be restored to its approximate <br /> former condition to match the surrounding area. <br /> A licensed contractor retained by Shell will perform the above work. This work is being <br /> performed on behalf of Shell to comply with the environmental requirements of the State <br /> of California. <br /> Shell agrees to indemnify you from any and all claims by third parties arising out of the <br /> work performed by Shell under this agreement. <br /> Please sign below to signify your consent and return this letter with the attachments in the <br /> enclosed stamped envelope. Please keep a copy for your records. <br />
