%%MOO ✓
I'll need copies of the updated City permits.
Minimum time to confirm a drilling appointment with the EHD is two working days.
From: Murphy, Mike [mailto:mrmurphy@craworld.com]
Sent: Thursday, February 21, 2008 5:08 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Cc: denis.l.brown@shell.com
Subject: FW: Shell @ 1267 Country Club Blvd Stockton
Mike,
As I mention in my January 14th email to you, wells S-15 and S-17 could not be installed during the last
phase due to overhead issues with tree limbs. We contacted the City and they said we could get a permit
and higher a contractor to trim the trees or that the city would complete the work and that the time frame
would be approximately the same either way—about 3 weeks or so. We went with the City doing the
work. We confirmed last week that the City had completed the trimming.
Sorry I didn't supply you with a timeframe on getting the tree's trimmed or give you an update on current
activities/schedule— I neglected to do so on that. We are plugging forward though and want to complete
this ASAP as you do.
WDC's rotosonic rig schedules have been pretty booked. We had hoped to complete after drilling the last
two weeks at 620 Charter Way, but the schedule did not work out. Our staff is currently trying to schedule
the rig with WDC. I have a call into WDC' PM also. We are waiting to hear back and should have
confirmed dates this week. Looks like the week of the 3 d or 10th . If we can get out earlier, we will.
We already talked with the city regarding the encroachment permit and let them know of the drilling delay
due to the trees. This is a non issue with the City. They will extend the date once we let them know when
we will be onsite.
Regards.
Mike
-----Original Message-----
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mai Ito:Mlnfurna@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Thursday, February 21, 2008 8:40 AM
To: Brown, Denis L SOPUS-DRN/4728
Subject: Shell @ 1267 Country Club Blvd Stockton
Denis,
I've heard nothing about this site installing the offsite wells (S-15 & S-17).
Now your City permits are expired.
I've been 'asked' not to press hard on Shell, but this period of NO word, NO advise, NO nothing is pressing
on ME.
Get me a good reason why no word and no work. Or better yet, get me a drill date NOW and lets get this
done.
ziznnR
