You should receive this morning. We <br /> previously sent you the onsite permit application. We plan to begin the onsite borehole clearing this <br /> Sunday, but need the permit to do this. <br /> Reid Campbell issued copies of the encroachment permit and revocable license to us which we included in <br /> the offsite application package. Here's the catch. They cannot locate the original (wet signature) <br /> acceptance letter that was sent in on December 20, 2007. We cannot do the offsite work until they receive <br /> this. I am having Denis Brown with Shell overnight another letter today just in case they cannot locate the <br /> already submitted letter. Please note that CRA has been trying to get the encroachment permit since <br /> October—we have mainly been on the City's time table on this. <br /> I need to know if we will be able to get the permit for the onsite work by Friday. If not, I will need to cancel <br /> Sunday's onsite work. The onsite business is closed Sunday and Mondays. We want to minimize impact <br /> to the business as best we can. That's why we want to start Sunday.
