From: Gabriel Gonzalez [EH] [mailto:gagonzalezCalsjcehd.com]
Sent: Friday, December 12, 2014 12:04 PM
To: Floyd, Bridget
Cc: Murphy, Mike; Alcon, Cristina
Subject: RE: 1267 Country Club, Stockton Permit
Hello Bridget,
On the on-site permit, please have the 15 wells listed in the Well ID field in the fashion they initial were listed (minus the
four off-site wells).
On the off-site permit, please fill in the City of Stockton information: 425 N. EI Dorado St. Stockton, CA 95202 (209) 937-
8349. Also, boring logs for the off-site wells indicate an auger diameter of 8 inches, but the off-site permit lists a over-
bore diameter range of 3-10 inches. The information must be according to the wells on the permit.
Also, a message for Mike: The EHD has seen issues with destroying tubing in wells (e.g. the VP wells), specifically the
auger may go off-center and miss the well contents. If over-bore using 3-inch augers does not successfully remove all
well contents, you may consider clearing the top portion of the well, pulling out the tubing (as they are shallow),then
over-drill the remaining contents. Or, using an auger 2 times the diameter of the original borehole to ensure removal of
all well contents.
Sincerely,
Gabriel Gonzalez
From: Floyd, Bridget rmailto:bfloyd@craworld.com]
Sent: Friday, December 12, 2014 10:51 AM
To: Gabriel Gonzalez [EH]
Cc: Murphy, Mike; Alcon, Cristina
Subject: 1267 Country Club, Stockton Permit
Hello Gabriel,
I've been informed that CRA should have submitted two permits for our well destructions at 1267 Country Club Blvd. I've
edited the applications and attached them to this email.
Please let me know if you need anything else!
Best,
Bridget Floyd
Bridget Floyd
Conestoga-Rovers &Associates (CRA)
Offira Address 10969 Trade Center Dr..Suite 107
