Escabar and Perry Pineda, Shell Oil Products. The EHD had directed resubmittal of Closure Request by email <br /> dated 21 August 2014. <br /> The EHD concurs with the closure recommendation and revisions presented by CRA and has discussed this site with the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board). The EHD will submit a Case Closure Summary to <br /> the Regional Board for closure notification and looks forward to receiving concurrence from the Regional Board.
