(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon <br /> Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) in accordance with the quarterly reporting <br /> requirements of 23 CCR 2652d. <br /> FIRST QUARTER 2005 ACTIVITIES <br /> Groundwater Monitoring: Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged <br /> and sampled all site wells. The quarterly sampling event was coordinated with the former BP Oil <br /> station located at 1403 Country Club Boulevard. Blaine prepared a summary table of field <br /> gauging and groundwater analytical data for the Shell site. Cambria prepared a vicinity map <br /> which includes previously submitted well survey information (Figure 1) and a groundwater <br /> elevation contour map (Figure 2) including data from both sites. Blaine's report, presenting the <br /> laboratory report and supporting field documents, is included as Attachment A. The groundwater <br /> monitoring data and analytical results for the BP station are included as Attachment B. <br /> ANTICIPATED SECOND QUARTER 2005 ACTIVITIES <br /> Cambria Groundwater Monitoring: Blaine will coordinate quarterly sampling events with the former BP <br /> Environmental <br /> Technology, Inc. station, gauge and sample the site wells according to the existing sampling schedule, and tabulate <br /> the data.
