Board (RWQCB) guidelines <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND <br /> Site Location and Description <br /> The subject site is located on the northeast corner of the Country Club Boulevard and Pershing <br /> Avenue intersection in a mixed commercial and residential area of Stockton, California (Figure 1) <br /> A credit union presently occupies the subject site The site was developed in 1949 as a Shell- <br /> branded service station, which ceased operation in 1974 A total of tour fuel underground storage <br /> tanks (USTs) and one waste oil UST were operated as part of this service station Figure 2 shows <br /> the approximate locations of these tanks <br /> Previous Work <br /> Cambria 1995 Soil Borings During April 1995, Geosystem Consultants, Inc (Geosystem) of Irvine, <br /> Environmental California drilled eight soil borings (B-1 through B-8) Soil samples were collected from all the <br /> Technology,Inc <br /> borings and groundwater samples were collected from three of the borings (B-2, B-3, and B-6) <br /> 00 Hollis Street Total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHd) were detected in soil from borings B-1 through <br /> Suite A <br /> Emeryville CA 94608 <br /> Tel(510)420-0700 <br /> Fax(510)420-9t70 <br />
