(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon
Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) in accordance with the quarterly reporting
requirements of 23 CCR 2652d.
• ' : 1Q 20013 AC7,"V'
Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged the site wells and sampled
selected wells at the subject site. The quarterly sampling event was coordinated with the Tosco
(former BP) station located at 1403 Country Club Boulevard. Blaine prepared a summary table
of field gauging data and petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations for the Shell site. Cambria
prepared a summary table of additional groundwater analytical data (Table 1) for the subject site,
a site vicinity/well survey map (Figure 1), and a groundwater contour/chemical concentration
map with data from the Shell site and the Tosco site (Figure 2). Blaine's report, presenting the
laboratory report for the subject site, is included as Appendix A. The groundwater monitoring
data and analytical results for the Tosca station are included in Appendix B.
Oakland, CA The laboratory noted that the total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel reported for wells S-1, S-2,
San Ramon, CA and S-3 do not match the pattern of the laboratory's standard. Upon further review, the
Sonoma, CA laboratory determined that the detections are due to hydrocarbons in the early diesel range, which
cambria
may be indicative of gasoline in the diesel range. The laboratory also noted that the total
Environmental petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline reported for well S-3 do not match the pattern of the
Technology,Inc. laboratory's standard. According to the laboratory, this detection is due to the presence of aged
Perkins Street gasoline.
P.O.Box 259
Sonoma,CA 95476
Tel(707)935-4850
Fax(707)935-6649
