(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon <br /> Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) in accordance with the quarterly reporting <br /> requirements of 23 CCR 2652d. <br /> FIRST QUARTER 2003 ACTIVITIES <br /> Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged and sampled selected site <br /> wells at the subject site. Blaine prepared a summary table of field gauging data and petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon and methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) concentrations for the Shell site. Cambria <br /> prepared an oxygenate and lead scavenger data table (Table 1), a site vicinity/well survey map <br /> (Figure 1), and a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map (Figure 2). Blaine's report, <br /> presenting the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A. The quarterly sampling event was <br /> coordinated with the Tosco station located at 1403 Country Club Boulevard. The groundwater <br /> table for the Tosco station is included in Appendix B. <br /> Cambria received San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's (SJCEHD's) <br /> January 8, 2003 facsimile approving our November 12, 2002 Response LetterlSite Conceptual <br /> Oakland, CA Model. Site Investigation Work Plan with conditions. <br /> San Ramon, CA <br /> Sonoma, CA <br /> ANTICIPATED SECOND QUARTER 2003 ACTIVITIES <br /> Cambria <br /> Environmental Blaine will coordinate quarterly sampling events with the Tosco station and gauge and sample <br /> Technology,Inc. <br /> the site wells according to the existing sampling schedule and tabulate the data.
