(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equiva <br /> Services LLC in accordance with quarterly reporting requirements issued by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (SJCPHS/EHD). <br /> FO:;7ffH QUARTER 2001 ACTXITiES <br /> Blaine Tech Services, Inc. (Blaine) of San Jose, California gauged all site wells, sampled <br /> selected wells, and prepared a summary table of field gauging data and petroleum constituents. <br /> Cambria compiled the oxygenate and lead scavenger data (Table 1), prepared a site vicinity/well <br /> survey map (Figure 1), and prepared a groundwater contour/chemical concentration map <br /> (Figure 2). Blaine's report, presenting the laboratory report, is included as Appendix A. <br /> ANTICIPATED FIRST QUARTER 2002 ACTIVITIES <br /> Blaine will gauge and sample the site wells according to the existing sampling schedule and <br /> Oakland, CA tabulate the data.
