CA B R I A <br /> Quarterly Sampling <br /> Groundwater samples were analyzed for total purgeable hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) and <br /> total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHd) according to EPA Method 8015 (Modified) <br /> and benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes (BTEX), and methyl tertiary butyl ether <br /> (MTBE) according to EPA Method 8020 <br /> Field monitoring data and chemical analytical data are presented in a summary table in <br /> Blaine's groundwater monitoring report (Appendix A) Additional chemical analytical data, <br /> for fuel oxygenates, is summarized on Table I <br /> Conclusions and Recommendations <br /> Groundwater samples collected from the monitoring wells this quarter contained petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon concentrations similar to previous quarters' concentrations Wells S-5 and S-6 <br /> have never contained detectable levels of petroleum hydrocarbons or MTBE Cambria <br /> recommends these wells be sampled only once per year to reduce sampling and analytical <br /> costs Cambria will implement this change to the sampling schedule during the second quarter <br /> of 2000 unless we hear otherwise from SJCPHS Wells S-5 and S-6 will be sampled during the <br /> first quarter each year from now on <br /> Cambria will continue to monitor groundwater analytical data for this site to evaluate the <br /> need for further investigation If future groundwater analytical data indicates further <br /> investigation is warranted, we will make recommendations accordingly <br /> If you have any questions regarding the contents of this document, please call Joe Neely at <br /> (707) 935-4854 <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc <br /> Lisa Summers S��gE� GOO <br /> Staff Scientist ��� Q� W ti 0 <br /> O F� s� <br /> ° No 6927 ° <br /> Joe W Neely, RG <br /> .
