Although Shell's "S-15" and "S-17" do investigate the area you proposed NOT
to add the wells I approved back in 2005, the TBA hits in these Shell wells have me
concerned. Shell has, noted that TBA has not been a concern for them and is only
present din the Shell wells S-2,and S-3, upgradient to their concerns....
need a lithological cross section of the BP.site from SSW to NNE...say from your
CPT-2 thru MW-3 and MW-7 on thru CPT-1 and linked to-the Shell wells you claim
help delineate your-site (S-15 & -17).
MW-11 is the .Lone TBA well investigator for this site and no valid data exists down
gradient from, this well to delineate either the vertical extent of this 68' to 78' bgs
contamination or the lateral extent of TBA to the North of the-site.
present my findings to my PG tomorrow and_hopefully I will get a comment letter
4/29/2009
