These <br /> regulations govern the investigation and mitigation activities at leaking underground storage tank sites. The <br /> Regulations can be accessed on the State Water Resources Control Board website at http://www.calregs.com/. <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region "Appendix A - Reports Tri-Regional <br /> Board Staff Recommendations For Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites", dated 16 <br /> April 2004, should be used as a guidance document. It can be accessed on their web site at <br /> http://www.swrcb.ca.gov/centralvalley/water_issues/underground_storage_tanks/tri-regionals_appendix_a.pdf.
