QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> AND SAMPLING REPORT <br /> BP Oil Company Service Station No. 11192 <br /> 1403 Country Club Boulevard <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Project No. 10-037 <br /> July 21, 1992 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> This report presents the results and findings of the June 19, 1992 quarterly groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling conducted by Alisto Engineering Group at BP Oil Service Station <br /> No. 11192, located at 1403 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton, California. A site vicinity map <br /> is shown in Figure 1. <br /> FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> Field activities were performed in accordance with the guidelines and procedures of the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, and the San Joaquin <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> Prior to purging and sampling, the ground water level in each well was measured from a <br /> permanent mark on the top of the casing to the nearest 0.01 foot using an electronic sounder. <br /> The depth to ground water and the top of casing elevation data were used to calculate the <br /> ground water elevation within each well in reference to mean sea level. The survey data and ` <br /> ground water elevation measurements collected to date are presented in Table 1. <br /> Prior to sample collection, each well was purged of three casing volumes, while recording <br /> field readings of pH, temperature, and electrical conductivity. Ground water samples for <br /> laboratory analysis were collected by Iowering a bottom-fill, disposable bailer to just below <br /> the water level in the well. The samples were carefully transferred from the bailer into the <br /> appropriate clean glass containers. The water sampling field survey forms are presented in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> SAMPLING AND ANALYTICAL RESULTS <br /> The results of the monitoring and laboratory analyses of the groundwater samples for this <br /> and previous quarters are summarized in Table 1. The potentiometric groundwater <br /> elevations as interpreted from the results of this quarterly monitoring event are depicted in <br /> Figure 2.
