1 <br /> al <br /> • Corrective Action Plan—Tosco(76) Service Station No 11192, Stockton, California <br /> March 13, 2002 <br /> 4 7 Re ortin <br /> Following receipt and analysis of all data, a report will be prepared which summarizes the procedures <br /> and the results associated with the additional delineation investigation After the installation and <br /> startup of the ozone microsparge system is complete, a report detailing the installation procedures, <br /> startup of the system,progress sampling, and status reporting will be prepared These reports will be <br /> submitted to Tosco for their use and distribution <br /> 4 8 Schedule <br /> The proposed activities detailed in the Work Plan will commence upon regulatory approval of this <br /> CAP GR proposes the following schedule for additional delineation and installation and startup of the <br /> selected remedial option <br /> 1 The three new groundwater monitoring wells and 12 ozone microsparge points are proposed to be <br /> installed by May 10, 2002 This installation date is dependent on receipt of an encroachment <br /> permit, drilling permit, and driller availability, and is subject to change <br /> • 2 Construction and installation of the ozone microsparge system is proposed to be completed by May <br /> 31, 2002 This completion date is dependent on construction bids and subcontractor availability, <br /> and is subject to change <br /> 3 The additional subsurface delineation and ozone microsparge installation and system startup report <br /> will be submitted by June 28, 2002 This date is dependent on schedule item No 's 1 and 2, above <br /> GR will take all necessary actions to insure that the proposed work is completed by the above dates <br /> However, circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling of the drilling or construction <br /> dates If rescheduling becomes necessary, GR will submit a revised schedule to the PHS-EHD <br /> 140245 08 15 <br />
