The soil
was disposed at BFI in Livermore. I have the invoice from BFI to AGE showing multiple loads of soil
each 20-25 tons were brought to BFI in April 1999. The invoice indicates that approx 370 tons of soil
was disposed at BFI. I called BFI, and the records were not found. BFI changed names and their
computer system was not up to speed until 2001 so the records are unattainable. We don't have a tank
removal report in our files (Stockton Service Station did the tank removal). Do you have a tank removal
report in your files? I am not even sure the manifests are in the tank removal report, but if you don't
have it I can contact Stockton Service Station to see if they do.
Brian
Brian W.
