CUF "5-year Review Letter, 2008" recm'd site considered for closure with <br /> standard bullets soil vapor migration assessed and safe. <br /> (it is) <br /> Soil contam levels very low and soil vapor samples from July 2008 all ND. No ESL <br /> concerns. <br /> last QMR on GT is 3Rd QMR-2008. ALL wells ND. most for many quarters. <br /> No change in land use. Currently a pumping minimart gas station. <br /> bottom line, 'was' an MtBE site and now not a gw, vapor, or soil concern.
