. 29 December 1999 <br /> AGE-NC Protect No 98-0465 <br /> Page 9 of 9 <br /> 4 6 4 Sample Handling <br /> Ground water samples will be collected into laboratory-supplied containers Ground water samples <br /> for TPH-g, TPH-d, BTEX and fuel oxygenate (EPA 8260) analyses will be collected into 40-m1 <br /> VOA vials containing 0 5 ml of hydrochloric acid as a sample preservative and into one-liter amber <br /> bottles Following collection the samples will be appropriately labeled and placed on Ice and kept <br /> in a cooler until delivered to the laboratory for analysis Chain-of-custody protocols will be used to <br /> document sample custody transfer from the field to the analytical laboratory A chain-of-custody <br /> form will accompany the samples <br /> 47 RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> A search for potential ground water conduits and receptors within a 2,000-foot radius of the site will <br /> consist of the following <br /> • A search of driller's water well logs on file with the Department of Water Resources, <br /> • o A reconnaissance of visually observable potential receptors, <br /> • A search for City for Stockton municipal well locations with Cal-Water, <br /> • A search for San Joaquin County water well locations with PHS-EHD, <br /> • A search for federal water wells with the Bureau of Reclamation, <br /> • A search for septic systems with the San Joaquin County Solid Waste Program <br /> Results of the receptor survey will be included with the report of findings <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
