Cuellar has been designated to coordinate access control and security onsite A safe <br /> perimeter has been established at 10 feet around boring/excavation. No unauthorized person <br /> should be within this exclusion area <br /> 4.0. HAZARD EVALUATION <br /> The following substance(s) or hazards are known or suspected to be on site <br /> SUBSTANCES INVOLVED: CONCENTRATIONS. <br /> Gasoline unknown <br /> Other organic-based products(9) unknown <br /> The primary hazards of each are identified as follows <br /> 1 Hydrocarbon fuels - Components of fuels are colorless liquids with strong aromatic <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon-like odors They are flammable and have low solubility in water <br /> Exposure to these materials in excess of recommended exposure limits can cause mild eye, <br /> nose, and throat irritation and can produce a narcotic effect on the central nervous system <br /> Symptoms of exposure at these concentrations include headache, nausea, drowsiness, <br /> dizziness,and loss of coordination Certain components of gasoline(BTE&X etc )are known <br /> or suspected carcinogens <br /> The following additional hazards are expected on site _=cal work related to facilm Noise. falling <br /> rods, flying hammer, snapped cables, etc. on the backhoe/excavator (if applicable) <br /> i <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
