INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Phil Elder of Country Club Food and Fuel,Advanced GeoEnvironinental,Inc <br /> (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 1856 Country Club Boulevard, <br /> Stockton, California(site) The scope of work Included a quarterly ground water monitoring event, <br /> submission of monitoring and analytical data to the State Water Resources Control Board's <br />' GeoTracker information management system, and preparation of this report The objective of the <br /> work was to monitor dissolved fuel additive methyl tertiary-butyl ether(MTBE) concentrations In <br />' ground water and to characterize ground water elevation, flow direction, and hydraulic gradient on <br /> the site The location of the site and surrounding area is illustrated on Figure 1,on-site structures and <br /> monitoring well locations are illustrated on Figure 2 <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB)guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST)sites Site history <br />' and findings from previous investigations and monitoring events are provided,In Appendix A <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines established by the CVRWQCB and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the investigation of UST sites and <br /> sampling ground water monitoring wells <br /> At the request of Mr Mike Infurna of the EHD,Country Club Food and Fuel quarterly ground water <br /> - monitoring events are coordinated to occur concurrently with ground water monitoring activities at <br />' the adjacent Sanchez property (1876 Country Club Boulevard) <br />' 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> On 20 October 2005, a Solmst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water in <br />' all four monitoring wells relative to the tops of the well casings After the depth to ground water <br /> measurements were collected,casing water in each monitoring well was evacuated_using dedicated, <br /> disposable plastic bailers Between 5 and 5 5 gallons of water,the equivalent of three casing-water <br /> volumes, were evacuated from monitoring wells 1 through 4 <br /> Temperature, pH, and conductivity of the purged water were measured'at regular intervals using an <br /> Oakton water analyzer Field data logs are provided in Appendix B Purged water was containerized <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> i <br />
