INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Phil Elder of Country Club Food and Fuel,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc' s <br /> (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 1856 Country Club Boulevard, <br /> Stockton, California (site) The scope of work included the performance of an additional site <br /> assessment,a quarterly ground water monitoring event,submission of monitoring and analytical data <br />' to the State Water Resources Control Board's GeoTracker information management system, and <br /> preparation of this report The objective of the work was to monitor dissolved fuel additive methyl <br /> tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE) concentrations in ground water and to characterize ground water <br /> elevation,flow direction,and hydraulic gradient on the site The location of the site and surrounding <br /> area is illustrated on Figure 1, on-site structures and monitoring-well locations are illustrated on <br /> Figure 2 <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />' (CVRWQCB)guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites Site history <br /> and findings from previous investigations and monitoring events are provided in Appendix A <br /> • 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines established by the CVRWQCB and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the investigation of UST sites and <br /> sampling ground water monitoring wells <br /> At the request of Mr Mike Infurna of the EHD,Country Club Food and Fuel quarterly ground water <br /> monitoring events are coordinated to occur concurrently with ground water monitoring activities at <br />' the adjacent Sanchez property (1876 Country Club Boulevard) <br /> 21 DRILLING <br /> T <br /> On 23, 25 and 27 May 2005 five soil probe borings (Bl through B5) were advanced at the site <br /> utilizing a van-mounted Geoprobe 5400 direct-push probing unit equipped with 1 25-inch probing <br /> rods Boring Bl was advanced to a depth of 57 feet below surface grade (bsg), boring B2 was <br />' advanced to a depth of 37 feet'bsg, borings B3 and B4 were advanced to a depth of 40 feet bsg <br /> Boring B1'was advanced approximately 20 feet south of well MW-1, boring B2 was advanced <br />' approximately 30 feet northwest of well MW-1, boring B3 was advanced approximately 30 feet <br /> north of well MW-3, boring B4 was advanced approximately 32 feet northeast of well MW-4 and <br /> . boring B5 was advanced approximately 40 feet south of well MW-3 Soil boring locations are <br /> 1 Advanced GeoEnvironmental,inc <br /> z <br /> t <br /> , J <br />
