The scale seems off, and the neighbor's property seems to be shoved across the
parcel line along the eastern side.
You seem to need 3 permits. One permit is for the Sanchez property, one permit is for the
Elder property on the eastern side, and one is for the City of Stockton right of way.
Therefore, 375 times 3 for the prepayment fees, equals $1125.
Eighteen times $125 for the permits for each well equals $2250
$1125+$2250=$3375
We will need a new Master File Record (MFR) signed by the person responsible for ultimately
paying the bill (Mary Sanchez trust). (If there has been a change of owner or billing party, then
that would be an additional $375)
We need an encroachment permit from the City of Stockton.
We need an access agreement from the Elder Property owner, and from the Mary Sanchez
trust, saying that you are allowed to drill on these properties.
We need a signed permit application for each of the 3 sites.
I We need a work plan that says what you are doing and why you are do ng it./It should have
maps showing the exact location of the wells. Some that appear to be on the Elder property
may be in the City of Stockton right of way_
As I get more information, things may change, but for now this is what we need.
Remember that these fees are for the initial permit, but the actual bill is based on hours spent
ata rate of$125 per hour. Each permit allows for one hour to do each well inspection, with a
3 additional hours inspection built in to each permit. We have to watch all of the well drill out
and grouting, so there will probably be an additional bill coming at the end of the project for
time spent inspecting the destructions.
Johnny Yoakum
Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
3/29/2012
