The Port of <br /> Stockton & the Stockton Deepwater Channel are one mile to the <br /> south. The property had been the site of a gasoline station, but <br /> is currently leased to some small businesses. The dispensing <br /> pumps have been removed, but the pump islands and canopy are <br /> still in place. <br /> There are numerous small businesses located along County Club <br /> Drive, and a mini-mart and gats station on the south end, (facing <br /> Roselawn Ave. , ) of the lot to the east.
