The groundwater in the vicinity of the site is semiconfined Groundwater elevation at the <br /> • site varies from a wet year high of 7 feet bgs to about 35-40 feet bgs during the previous <br /> drought period Groundwater flow direction at the site has generally been to the west <br /> since December 1997 <br /> QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING 3/29/01 <br /> No groundwater samples were obtained during this quarter Six newly installed wells <br /> will be developed and sampled during the next quarter and the results presented in the 2"d <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Report 2001 During this quarter (February 12 - 15, 2001) five <br /> "Geoprobe" direct push borings were performed along the southern gutter area of <br /> Country Club Blvd (P-8 and P-9) and along the western gutter area of Mission Road (P- <br /> 10, P-1 i and P-12) west of the site The results of the findings from the probes will be <br /> presented in the 2"d Quarter 2001 report <br /> DEPTH TO WATER MEASUREMENTS <br /> Depth to water was measured at all wells on March 29, 2001 The measurements were <br /> made from the surveyed elevation at the top of casing at each well using an electrical <br /> air/water interface probe (Table 1) No free product or product sheen was observed in <br /> any of the monitor wells <br /> COLLECTION AND CERTIFIED ANALYSIS OF GROUNDWATER SAMPLES <br /> No groundwater samples were obtained during this quarter <br /> DISPOSITION OF WASTEWATER <br /> No groundwater was purged from the monitor wells Rinseate from decontamination of <br /> the "Geoprobe" investigation is temporarily contained on-site in labeled 55 gallon DOT <br /> approved drums <br /> RESULTS OF QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> GROUNDWATER GRADIENT AND FLOW DIRECTION <br /> Figure 4 utilizes the new survey elevations supplied by Kleldsen, Sinnock & Keudeck, <br /> Inc survey dated May 1, 2001 The survey report will be included with 2nd Quarter 2001 <br /> report Casing elevations from the new survey showed a decrease of 0 54 to 0 55 feet in <br /> elevation Figure 4 shows the groundwater elevation gradient and flow direction <br /> • <br /> 2 Sanchez I" QM 2001 <br />
