APRIL-JUNE 1998 <br /> QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING REPORT <br /> FOR SANCHEZ PROPERTY, 1876 COUNTRY CLUB BL VD., STOCKTON, CA <br /> SEPTEMBER 10, 1998 <br /> PURPOSE AND SCOPE <br /> The following report documents the Second Quarter 1998 collection and certified laboratory <br /> analysis of groundwater samples from five monitoring wells located at 1876 Country Club Blvd <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> SITE LOCATION ANIS DESCRIPTION <br /> The site address is 1876 Country Club Blvd , Stockton, CA It is located at the southeast coiner of <br /> the intersection of Mission Stieet and Countty Club Blvd (Figure 1) The property is located in <br /> piolected Section 4, TIN, R6E of the MDB&M at approximately five feet above mean sea level <br /> The property previously contained two 1000 gallon gasoline Underground Storage Tanks (UST's), <br /> product dispensers, and associated underground piping (Figure 3) The UST's, dispenseis, and <br /> piping were removed from the site in 1989 <br /> The property owner has installed five monitoring wells in the course of investigating the soil and <br /> broundwater conditions at the site <br /> .LOCAL GEOLOGY ANIS HYDROGE®LOGY <br /> The site is located on surface soils belonging to the Stockton Adobe Clay and Honeycut Clay <br /> series They are derived from Recent alluvial fan and floodplain deposits The 26 feet of explored <br /> section consisted of clay and silt overlying interbedded lenses of silty and clayey sands below 20 <br /> feet <br /> The groundwater in the vicinity of the site is unconfined Groundwater elevation at the site varies <br /> fionn a wet year high of 7 feet bgs to about 35-40 feet bgs during the previous drought period <br /> Gioundwatei flow direction at the site has genei ally been to the northeast <br /> QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING JUNE 2 1998 <br /> WEGE and Lawrence Tank Testing (LTT) personnel collected quarterly groundwater samples <br /> frons the five monitor wells at the site on June 2, 1998 See Appendix A for QA/QC, details, <br /> methods, procedures, abbreviations, and acronyms used in sampling and analysis <br /> 1 Sanchez QM 6-98 <br />
