WESTERN 1386 CAST REAMER STREET � GEO-ENGINEERS WOODLAND CA 95776-6003 G ^ (530) 668-5300, CALIF CONTRACTOR#513857 FAX(530)662-0273 REGISTERED GEOLOGISTS wege@mother com JANUARY-MARCH 1998 QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING REPORT FOR SANCHEZ PROPERTY, 18 76 COUNTR Y CL UB BL VD., STOCKTON, CA APRIL 30, 1998 PURPOSE AND SCOPE The following report documents the First Quarter 1998 collection and certified laboratory analysis of groundwater samples from five monitoring wells located at 1876 Country Club Blvd , Stockton, CA SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION The site address is 1876 Country Club Blvd , Stockton, CA It is located at the southeast corner of l� the intersection of Mission Street and Country Club Blvd (Figure 1) The property is located in projected Section 4, T1N,R6E of the MDB&M at approximately five feet above mean sea level The property previously contained two 1000 gallon gasoline Underground Storage Tanks (UST's), product dispensers, and associated underground piping (Figure 3) The UST's, dispensers, and piping were removed from the site in 1989 The property owner has installed five monitoring wells in the course of investigating the soil and groundwater conditions at the site LOCAL GEOLOGY AND HYDROGEOLOGY The site is Iocated on surface soils belonging to the Stockton Adobe Clay and Honeycut Clay series They are derived from Recent alluvial fan and floodplain deposits The 26 feet of explored section consisted of clay and silt overlying interbedded lenses of silty and clayey sands below 20 feet The groundwater in the vicinity of the site is unconfined Groundwater elevation at the site varies fiom a wet year high of 7 feet bgs to about 35-40 feet bgs during the previous drought period Groundwater flow direction at the site has generally been to the northeast I 1 Sanchez QM 3_98
