WESTERN 1386 EAST BEAMER STREET <br /> WOODLAND,CA 95776-6003 <br /> G E®-IENGEN EIERS (530) 668.5300 <br /> CALIF CONTRACTOR#513857 FAX(530)662-0273 <br /> REGISTERED GEOLOGISTS wcc�ir�u1 nct <br /> W E <br /> Mr Richard Stiffler April 1, 2003 I � <br /> Environmental Control Section, Department of Municipal Utilities APR 0 2 2003 <br /> City of Stockton <br /> 2500 Navy Drive t_i�V1i,AMENT HEAL <br /> Stockton, CA 95206-1191 PERMIT/SERVICE: <br /> (209) 937-8740 Fax (209)937-8708 <br /> RE Monthly sewer discharge report #9 for 1876 Country Club Blvd , Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Mr Stiffler <br /> The following is the required monthly report documenting sewer discharge activities <br /> from 1876 County Club Blvd , Stockton, California Treated groundwater discharge to <br /> sewer commenced on February 4, 2002 March 21, 2003 was the last discharge of treated <br /> groundwater from the dewatering activities at the site A total of 116,534 7 gallons of <br /> treated groundwater have been discharged to the sanitary sewer clean out at the site, see <br /> Table I All water generated during quarterly groundwater sampling rounds (August 12, <br /> 2002, November 21, 2002 and January 31, 2003), the well installations and developments <br /> (January 7 and 10, 2003), the aquifer test (January 20 - 24, 2003), and the over- <br /> excavation dewatenng (February - March, 2003) was first contained in the 21,665 gallon <br /> capacity Baker Tank prior to treatment through 4 in series water carbon units The Baker <br /> Tank was emptied, cleaned and removed from the site on March 13, 2003 No discharge <br /> to sewer occurred between March 7 and 21, 2003 The four carbon units with the LEL <br /> and high water level controls were installed on January 31, 2003 Totalizing water meter <br /> certification was enclosed with Report #7 LEL alarm/recordable calibration and <br /> certification was enclosed with Report #8 As of March 21, 2003 all discharge associated <br /> with the pump test and excavation dewatering has been completed The need to modify <br /> the permit to allow discharge to sewer from water purged during quarterly monitoring <br /> events is now necessary All discharge conditions have been met, see Table 1 <br /> I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under <br /> my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br /> personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted Based on my inquiry <br /> of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for <br /> gathering the information, the information submitted is to the best of my knowledge and <br /> belief, true, accurate, and complete I am aware that there are significant penalties for <br /> submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for <br /> knowing vi ons <br /> Z�Iza-? <br /> t;wl <br /> E Napper, Pr en date <br />
