been developed to show the elevation changes with time for Sanchez wells MW1, MW2, <br /> MW3, MW4 and MW5, see Appendix B Western Geo-Engineers surveyed the top of <br /> casings for temporary piezometers on February 5, 2003 using level and rod <br /> COLLECTION AND CERTIFIED ANALYSIS OF GROUNDWATER SAMPLES <br /> WEGE and Pittman Well Purging (PWP) personnel collected quarterly <br /> samples from the eleven monitor wells at the site on May 22, 2003 See App�endiixA for <br /> QA/QC, details, methods, procedures, abbreviations, and acronyms used in sampling and <br /> analysis <br /> Following depth to water measurements, WEGE and PWP personnel used a truck <br /> mounted vacuum lift pump and dedicated one inch diameter PVC tubing to purge each <br /> well of three volumes of water <br /> After purging, the wells were allowed to recover to at Ieast 80% of their original well <br /> volumes A groundwater sample was then collected from each well with a polyethylene <br /> bailer and decanted with no headspace into two 40 ml VOA vials containing 0 5 ml HCL <br /> acid as a preservative <br /> The samples were delivered with accompanying chain of custody documentation to KIFF <br /> Analytical LLC (DHS certified #2236) analyzed the water samples from each monitor <br /> well for concentrations of TPH-G, BTEX and MtBE using EPA method 826013, see <br /> Appendix C - Laboratory Report <br /> DISPOSITION OF WASTEWATER <br /> Groundwater purged during the May 22, 2003 sampling of the monitor wells is <br /> temporarily contained on-site in labeled 55 gallon DOT approved drums This water will <br /> later be treated through the existing on site 4 water carbon units and placed into a 350 <br /> gallon polly tank for future sampling and disposal to the City of Stockton sanitary sewer <br /> under permit <br /> REsvZTs OF u.��xEaD x.,v C,IDA <br /> GROUNDWATER GRADIENT AND FL----DIRE TION <br /> A ZONE- 1876AND 1856 COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD <br /> Figure 4A uses the new survey elevations supplied by Kjeldsen, Sinnock & Keudeck, Inc <br /> survey dated May 1, 2001 Figure 4A shows the groundwater elevation gradient and flow <br /> direction determined from depth to water measurements at the four on-site monitor wells <br /> 5 QM 2nd 2003 <br />
