Treated groundwater discharge to <br /> sewer commenced on February 4, 2002 March 21, 2003 was the last discharge of treated <br /> groundwater from the dewatering activities at the site. A total of 116,534 7 gallons of <br /> treated groundwater have been discharged to the sanitary sewer clean out at the site, see <br /> Table 1 Water generated during quarterly groundwater sampling May 22, 2003 is <br /> currently being stored on site in 55 gallon drums This water will be processed through <br /> the four in series activated water carbon units then stored in a 350 gallon capacity poly <br /> tank A representative water sample will be obtained from the poly tank treated water <br /> and analyzed as required by the City of Stockton Sewer Discharge Permit. No discharge <br /> to sewer has occurred since March 21, 2003 <br /> 1 certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under <br /> my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br /> personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted Based on my inquiry <br /> of the person or persons who manage the system,or those persons directly responsible for <br /> gathenng the information, the information submitted is to the best of my knowledge and <br /> belief, true, accurate, and complete I am aware that there are significant penalties for <br /> submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for <br /> knowing viola ions <br /> G orge Converse, Vice President Operations date <br />
