EZ WESTERN 1386 EAST RE,ANTER STREET WOODL_Ah'D,CA 95776-6043 WHO GEO-ENGINEERS (530) 668-5304 CALIF CONTRACTOR 9513857 FAX 0530)662-4273 REGISTERED GEOLOGISTS )Nene,4)Lal net Mr Richard Stiffler March 18, 2005 Environmental Control Section, Department of Municipal Utilities City of Stockton 2500 Navy Drive Stockton, CA 95206-1191 (209) 937-8740 Fax(209) 937-8708 RE March 2005 sewer discharge report for 1876 Country Club Blvd , Stockton, CA Dear i'& Stifer The following is the required monthly report documenting sewer discharge activities from 1876 County Club Blvd , Stockton, Califomia Treated groundwater discharge to sewer commenced on February 4, 2002 March 21, 2003 was the last discharge of treated groundwater from the dewatering activities at the site A total of 116,534 7 gallons of treated groundwater have been discharged to the sanitary sewer clean-out at the site Water generated during the quarterly monitor well samplings on January 15, 2005 was processed into the four, in series, activated water carbon units This processed water exited the 4"' carbon unit and was collected in a 200 gallon poly tank A representative water sample of this processed water has not been obtained This water (170 gallons) was hauled and disposed of at InStrata, Rio Vista, California The last water to be discharged was from the October 15, 2004 sampling on November 30, 2004 No discharge to sewer occurred during the months of December 2004 and January, February 2005 At this time, the quarterly monitoring sewer discharge permit should be discontinued Western Geo-Engineers has obtained a continuous discharge permit that will be used instead It is anticipated that continuous discharge will commence upon receipt of sample results showing that compliance with permit conditions has been met I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing violations orge Converse, Vice President Operations date
