ENTRY OBJECTIVIES Install one offsite and one onsite cluster groundwater monitoring <br /> wells. Total depth of wells (First water zone - 18 feet below surface and second water zone 27 <br /> feet below surface. Offsite monitor wells sited along south shoulderlparking area of Country <br /> Club Blvd. Install one onsite well through the area over-excavated to the 28 foot depth. <br /> Approximately 72 hours after completion of wells, wells will be developed. The cluster wells <br /> installations will be provide by a truck mounted drilling rig utilizing flinch hollow stem augers. <br /> The excavation onsite well installation will be provided by a truck mounted drilling rig <br /> utilizing 10inch hollow stem augers <br /> SITE ACTIVITIES: <br /> 1. Set up traffic safety control <br /> 2. Health and Safety tailgate meeting. <br /> 3. Construct soil stockpile area on-site. <br /> 4. Drill and install cluster wells MW6 and MW7. <br /> 5. Drill and install cluster well R1. <br /> 6. Clean site. <br /> 7.
