Y ort P g sewer discharge activities <br /> from 1876 County Club Blvd , Stockton, California On May 23, 2005 a revision to <br /> treatment system was submitted to your office discussing modifications to the treatment <br /> system for removal of TBA Western Geo-Engineers completed the modifications to the <br /> treatment system and restarted the system on August 25, 2005 On October 31, 2005, <br /> discharge from the 5`h water carbon was diverted into a 22,000 gallon capacity Baker <br /> tank, with no discharge to sewer Discharge continued until the Baker Tank reached <br /> capacity on November 3, 2005 A sample of the discharge treated water was obtained on <br /> November 4, 2005 This sample dated November 4, 2005 was analyzed for pH (EPA <br /> 150 1), Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (EPA 418 1), BTEX, MTBE, TBA, DIPE, ETBE <br /> and TAME (EPA 8260) All sewer discharge parameters were met From November 11 <br /> thru November 18, 2005 17035 gallons of treated stored water was discharged to the <br /> sanitary sewer Once the Baker Tank discharge had been completed, pumping from <br /> excavation well MW10 through the treatment system into the Baker Tank occurred <br /> (November 22 through Novembei 29, 2005) again filling the Baker Tank with no <br /> discharge to sewer A sample of this stored treated water was obtained on December 1, <br /> 2005, see Table 1, laboratory report and field notes Discharge to sewer occurred <br /> between December 6 and December 8, 2005, discharging 16,787 gallons at a discharge <br /> rate of 1 65 gallons per minute No additional groundwater was pumped and/or treated <br /> duiing the month of December 2005 The Baker tank was removed from the system on <br /> December 20, 2005 As of December 31, 2005 313,921 gallons of treated groundwater <br /> has been discharged to the sanitary sewer <br />
