Webber i <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Notice of Well Abandonment, <br /> 2081 Country Club Boulevard <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Dear Mr.Infurna: <br /> The purpose of this letter is to notify you that all work related to the environmental investigation <br /> _at 2081 Country Club Boulevard has now been completed. The eight monitoring wells were <br /> drilled out and filled with cement grout on January 22, 2004 under your supervision. Eight 55- <br /> gallon drums of drill cuttings were generated,and six of these were sampled on January 26. The <br /> six samples were transported to Excelchem Analytical Laboratories,where they were composited <br /> into two samples for analysis. Low concentrations of hydrocarbons were detected in both <br /> samples. The laboratory report is attached. <br /> The laboratory results were transmitted to Forward Landfill and the drums were accepted for <br /> disposal in March. Manley and Sons Trucking Co.transported them to Forward on April 6, 2004. <br /> A copy of the disposal manifest and invoice is attached. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation in completing this investigation and closing the case. <br /> Smc <br /> z <br /> r <br /> Victor B.
