The work plan was previously submitted to your agency by facsimile on
August 8, 1997. The work plan proposes additional soil and groundwater investigation to further delineate
the existing soil and groundwater contaminant plumes at the subject site. In addition, the collected data
will assist in the determination of any risk to human health or the environment that may be present as a
result of hydrocarbon contamination. The acquired information will be used to develop the most
appropriate corrective action plan for the subject site.
All permits will be secured and the investigation will proceed as soon as work plan approval is received
from your agency. If you have any questions or comments, I can be reached at(510)842-8695.
Sincerely,
/J, e.
Brett L.
