(PACIFIC) submitted a work <br /> plan on January 10, 1989 to the Chevron USA Company (CUSA) , the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) , and the San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District (SJLHD) for an environmental <br /> assessment at the above referenced site. PACIFIC is aware that <br /> the SJLHD currently has a 60-day backlog on the reviewing <br /> process that is required of your agency. The purpose of this <br /> letter is to request that PACIFIC'S work plan be placed in your <br /> "priority review" process, as set forth in item number 13 of the <br /> attached SJLHD permit application instructions.
