CHEVRON <br /> further agrees to accept responsibility for 100% of all <br /> acsesament and remediation costs exceeding 9150,000.00, to <br /> remediate the site to a level as may be required by the <br /> RWQCB or its designated agency. <br /> 4.2 CHEVRON shall not be responsible for damages or costs of <br /> cleaning up or removal and remediation of any groundwater <br /> contamination found at the YORMER SERVICE STATION SITE, <br /> which occurs after transfer of title to any third party to <br /> this Agreement, or which occurs after submission of <br /> CHEVRON's final report in accordance with paragraphs 3.1 and <br /> 3 .5 herein to the RWQCB, or its designated agency. <br /> 4.3 oREVRON shall provide to the BERBERIANB and CRAIG a copy of <br /> its consulting invoices each month documenting in reasonable <br /> detail the costs incurred in connection with the <br /> investigation and remediation of the site. Within thirty <br /> (3o) days aftor receipt of an invoice, the BERBERIANS and <br />
