Williams, CHEVRON V.S.A. <br /> Products Company, 575 Market Street, Room 2764, San <br /> Francisco, CA 94105. <br /> 8.2 In the event that all other parties to this action are not <br /> dismissed at the time of CHEVRON's dismissal, BERBERIANS and <br /> CRAIC will indemnify and save harmless CHEVRON and its <br /> respeotive past, present and future partners, parent and <br /> subsidiary corporations, affiliates, joint venturers, <br /> stockholders, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, <br /> prodecessors, successors, assigns, agents and <br /> representatives, from any loss, claim, expense, demand or <br /> cause of action of any kind or character asserted by any <br /> other parties to this ACTION, in connection with the subject <br /> matter of this Release, and from any loss incurred directly <br /> or indirectly by reason of the falsity or inaccuracy of any <br /> representation herein by the undersigned. <br /> -il- <br />
