One of the two sampling points will be located within the
former UST complex, the other will be located onsite and downgradient of the former UST
complex.
"The workplan states that former well surveys conducted "did not identify groundwater
receptors within a radius of 1 000feet. "It should be noted that well surveys should he conducted
for a radius of 2000 feet. "
Well surveys have been completed that encompass a radius of 2000 feet from the site. The
statement in the workplan is informational only.
"In addition a site map should be provided that shows every underground utility line and private
trench and/or area that will support or influence vertical and/or horizontal migration of
contaminants at this UGT site. "
Terra Vac submitted a Utility Survey and Plume Stabilization Evaluation report in April 1997.
Included in the report is a site map illustrating all known potential preferential pathways
extending from the site. Existing groundwater monitoring wells and the former UST complex
that may act as pathways for vertical migratior, of contaminants are also illustrated on the site
map.
"Please provide a well survey of wells within 2000 feet of the site....
