(AGE) is hereby granted permission to insia ; <br /> diameter ground water monitoring well at Zl,"Elmwood Avenue, Stockton, Califon,; <br /> investigation is being performed under the directive of the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services Environmental Health Department. <br /> The scope of work includes the completion of one 2-inch diameter ground water monitoring well <br /> utilizing a limited access truck mounted drill rig to an approximate depth of 25 feet below site grade <br /> (bsg). The soil boring will constitute a 8-inch diameter borehole.Drilling activities will be completed <br /> —.-in approximate',y 4 -hotus. The property owner will be motif ed-at least one C$-hsirs pr'.or to <br /> performance of field operations. <br /> All costs for performance of the subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of Boulevard <br /> Automotive Service located at 2151 Country Club Boulevard(Mr. John Parker).
