w � f <br /> SOIL BORING/SOIL TESTING ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> SPRINGS PROPERTY <br /> 2103 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton, California <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) is hereby granted permission to advance and drill any <br /> necessary soil borings, for the purpose of assessment of soil and ground water as the result of <br /> contamination from former underground storage tanks (USTs) at 2151 Country Club Boulevard in <br /> Stockton, California("BOULEVARD AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE"), on the property identified as <br /> 2103 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton,California("SPRINGS PROPERTY"). All investigation <br /> will be performed under a directive/approval by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> All costs for performance of the subsurface investigation will be the sole responsibility of <br /> BOULEVARD AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE (Mr. John Parker).BOULEVARD AUTOMOTIVE <br /> SERVICE will be solely responsible for all liability,costs and expenses for investigation of impacted <br /> soil and ground water associated with the above referenced soil borings.All work at the site will be <br /> performed by AGE or subcontractor's on behalf of BOULEVARD AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE. <br /> Upon completion of assessment,the area investigated on the SPRINGS PROPERTY will be returned <br /> to its original conditions prior to field work activities. <br /> Upon request, the owners of the SPRINGS PROPERTY will be provided with paper or electronic <br /> copies of all testing and reporting documents for all investigation performed on the SPRINGS <br /> PROPERTY.
