The EHD provides this clarification. <br /> The plan to install two DPE wells onsite and conduct a 5-day pilot test is adequate and <br /> necessary and approved. [H&S 25296.1 0(c)(3)]. Please submit an EHD Well Permit Application <br /> Form and $434 fee to continue with the approved corrective action. <br /> Also In the EHD's March 23, 2009 correspondence was a requirement to submit a work plan to <br /> continue the lateral and vertical groundwater plume investigation by April 3, 2009.
