Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed numerous cases of raw meat that is being left out at room temp. The temp was at 49 F. <br /> Employee does not know how long they've been outside. Place all foods into the cooler or freezer within 2 hrs after delivery. <br /> Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Employee states that the white van being washed in the picture is not theirs. All of their vans have their <br /> logo on them. <br /> Do not allow other vehicles to be washed in front of the facility. All commercial vehicles must be washed at a commercial <br /> car wash station. <br /> Observed an empty gallon of bleach and a garden hose next to the mop sink. Employee states she does not know why they <br /> are there and states they don't use those items. Remove garden hose today. <br /> Bleach can only be used to mop the floors inside the facility. All mop waste water must be discarded in the mop sink. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system.
