To obtain a copy, please contact the SWRCB at(916)657-2390. Remedial <br /> Action Completion certification occurs only after PHS/EHD has determined that no further <br /> .. site investigation or remedial action is required. <br /> In previous correspondence PHS-EHD notified you that further investigation of the site was <br /> needed. in order to determine if the contaminants detected during the July 1, 1992 underground <br /> tank removal have impacted the groundwater beneath the site, a workplan for further investigation <br /> is now required. The proposal should address the lateral and vertical limits of the soil <br /> contamination and should include gathering and analyzing soil and groundwater samples. This <br /> plan should be submitted to PHS-EHD for review by June 9,1997.
