PHS-EHD issued Notice to Abate for illegal <br /> UST and requires removal plan to be submitted along with fees. <br /> 06/25/92 Closure Plan and fees received 5/20/92 approved. <br /> 07/01/92 One 2,000 gallon,steel,UST removed today under PHS-EHD oversight. <br /> Contamination in soil noted. <br /> 08/12/92 UST removal report received. Soil contamination verified. Prop 65 (#92-161) and <br /> UAR(#92-U81) filed for site. <br /> 02/26/97 Site enters LOP. Directive within NOR for work plan due at PHS-EHD by June 9, <br /> 1997. <br /> 01/26/98 PHS-EHD approves work plan from Advanced GeoEnvironmental Consultants. <br /> 03/06/98 Three (3) GeoProbes placed onsite today. <br /> 06/21/99 "PIER" dated June 12, 1998 received today(1 year later) for Geoprobe work done <br /> on 3/6/98. Low level soil contamination in only one boring. Depth to first <br /> groundwater reported at 12'bgs. Groundwater sample from"P-1" reveals TPI <br /> g= 1,700 ug A(ppb),E=48 ug/l,and X=50 ug/l. No oxygenates detected at 5.0 <br /> ug/l. No Further Action requested. <br /> 07/21/99 PHS-EHD evaluates site for further action. Concerns over 1,700 ug/l of TPH g in <br /> groundwater. No plume defined,laterally or vertically. Only one (1) groundwater <br /> sample for whole site. Decision to have sensitive receptor survey done,Record Title <br /> Owner(RTO) information collected,and prepared for No Further Action(NFA) <br /> and CVRWQC B concurrence. <br /> 02/14/00 "Closure Summary Report",dated February 8,2000 received today. <br /> 03/30/00 PHS-EHD concurs with No Further Action request and begins preparation for <br /> submittal to CVRWQC B for concurrence. <br />
