ALLEGED VIOLATIONS <br /> A. Failure to comply with corrective action requirements pursuant to the California Health and <br /> Safety Code and the appropriate regulations of the California Code of Regulations, including, <br /> but not limited to,failing to prepare a workplan. [Health and Safety Code section <br /> 25299.37(a)(c)(1)]. <br /> B. Failure to demonstrate to the local agency that the site has been investigated for releases and <br /> that appropriate corrective actions have been taken. [California Health and Safety Code <br /> section 25298(c)]. <br /> C. The work plan,which was not submitted,shall have been prepared in accordance with <br /> regulations adopted pursuant to Section 25299.77 and shall have included a schedule and <br /> timeline for corrective action. [California Health and Safety Code 25299.37(c)(2)]. <br /> D. Failure to conduct corrective action in accordance with an approved workplan. [California <br /> Health and Safety Code 25299.37(c)(5)]. <br /> E. Failure to comply with the regulations,Califomia Code of Regulations,'rifle 23, Division 3, <br /> Chapter 16—Underground Storage Tank Regulations,adopted to implement Chapter 6.75 of <br /> the Health and Safety Code.
