ENVIRONMENTAL.•CONSTRUCTION•MAINTENANCE <br /> CALIFORNIA LICENSE NO.252103 <br /> July 28, 1992 <br /> Project: 033048.00 <br /> Mr. Jack DeWitt <br /> Western Meter Drive <br /> 2735 Teepee Drive Ste. 1 <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> RE: Transmittal of Data Report discussing soil samples . <br /> collected during the removal of a two thousand gallon <br /> underground fuel storage tank located at 2210 Country Club <br /> Drive, Stockton, California. <br /> Dear Mr. DeWitt: <br /> Enclosed please find, analytical results of soil samples <br /> collected July 1, 1992, from the removal of a 2000 gallon buried <br /> fuel tank. Three samples were collected and as requested by San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, analyzed for: Total <br /> Petroleum Fuel Hydrocarbons-Low/Medium Boiling Point with HTEX <br /> Distinction. <br /> Two soil samples were collected from undisturbed soil two feet <br /> below each end of the tank. <br /> Groundwater was not observed during removal of the tank and <br /> is suspected to be approximately sixty feet below sea level <br /> (Department of Water Resources, Lines of Equal Elevation of <br /> Water in Wells, San Joaquin District, Spring, 1990) . <br /> Soil samples .were transported on ice from site to a sample <br /> storage refrigerator until a state certified laboratory took <br /> custody of the samples within the EPA 14 day holding period. <br /> Certified Analytical Reports and Chain of Custody Record are <br /> included in Appendix A.
