All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br />OBSERVATIONS: The facility installed a 3 comp sink that is not of proper construction. The current sink has drainboards <br />made of laminate on both sides of the sink and it is peeling off. Provide a proper 3 comp sink with drainboards on both <br />sides. Correct in 1 month. <br /> Email a picture of the completed work to Lhuynh@sjcehd.com <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Reinstall the mop sink and provide hot water at 120 F. Correct in 2 <br />weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: There are some fruit flies in the 3 comp sink area.
