EHD will review the <br /> "Subsurface Investigation Report, Fourth Quarter 2005Groundwater Monitoring Report, and Site <br /> Conceptual ModeT dated February 23, 2006 and provide written comments. <br /> 4315 Waterloo Road, Stockton <br /> Six soil borings and three monitoring wells were installed in December 2005. Groundwater samples <br /> from MWS and MW6 had concentrations of 1,2 DCA in them. 1,2 DCA was not found in <br /> groundwater samples from MW1 through MW4 previously. Shell will have all the groundwater <br /> samples analyzed for 1,2 DCA. MTBE and TBA concentrations increased in the groundwater <br /> samples from MW1 . Active remediation to reduce the oxygenate concentrations may be necessary. <br /> A discussion and recommendation to reduce the contaminant concentrations should be included in <br /> the next quarterly report. <br /> 1160 Yosemite Avenue Manteca <br /> An SCM has been submitted.
